<p align="justify"> <span>为切实推进土壤污染防治工作，<span lang="EN-US">2018</span>年北京市生态环保局发布《北京市重点企业土壤环境自行监测技术指南（暂行）》，<span lang="EN-US">2021</span>年生态环境部发布了《工业企业土壤和地下水自行监测技术指南（试行）》（<span lang="EN-US">HJ1209-2021</span>），规定了工业企业土壤和地下水自行监测的一般要求，主要用于规范土壤污染重点监管单位中在产工业企业内部的土壤和地下水自行监测，进而掌握在产企业内的土壤环境质量状况，为后续的土壤污染防控和监管机制研究奠定基础。为后续的土壤污染防控打下基础。</span> </p>
<p align="justify"> <span lang="EN-US">2023</span><span>年<span lang="EN-US">08</span>月，香港精准十二码北京工业园开展了土壤和地下水自行监测工作。依据相关技术导则的规定和要求，编制完成了《</span><span>华润双鹤（北京）工业园区土壤和地下水自行监测报告<span>》。</span></span> </p>
